Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our standard shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination within Canada.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Tracking Information
All orders include a Track & Trace code. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast fulfillment, cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes of placing the order.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel or modify it. We appreciate your understanding as we work to process orders efficiently.


Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return guidelines below.


Full-Priced Items

Items purchased at full price may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags are attached

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Sale Items (Important)

Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for refunds.

However, customers may request:

  • An exchange for a different size, or

  • A replacement for another item of equal value from our store

For sale item exchanges, customers are not required to return the original item. Instead, a small contribution toward the replacement shipping cost applies.

This contribution typically starts from approximately $20 CAD, but the exact amount may vary depending on the number of items and destination.

A member of our support team will confirm the exact shipping contribution when your exchange request is reviewed.


Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided upon approval.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as this may delay processing.


Order Review & Abuse Prevention

To protect our customers and business, we reserve the right to review orders and return requests on a case-by-case basis.

In situations where unusual activity, suspected abuse of our policies, excessive return behavior, high-risk order indicators, or potential fraud are identified, we may:

  • Request additional verification before processing an order

  • Limit or decline exchanges or replacements

  • Require the original item to be returned before any resolution is issued

  • Refuse service in cases of suspected policy abuse or fraud

These measures are in place to ensure fair and responsible use of our policies for all customers.


Important Notice

Please note that all products are shipped from our overseas warehouse in Asia. Because we operate with multiple fulfillment warehouses, customers should not return items to the address listed on the package.

The warehouse address shown on the parcel is for outbound shipping purposes only and is not our designated returns facility.

To ensure your return is processed correctly, customers must first contact our customer support team. Once your request is approved, the correct return warehouse address will be provided via email.

Returns sent to the address on the original package without prior authorization may experience delays or may not be eligible for processing.
