About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our e-commerce team.

You’ll help shape the visual world of Beatrice & Oliver London, creating engaging digital content across our website, email marketing, advertising, and social channels. You’ll have a strong understanding of fashion e-commerce and know how to combine beautiful design with a clear commercial purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create website banners, promotional graphics, collection imagery, and other e-commerce assets

  • Design creative content for email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising

Requirements

  • A good understanding of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines

  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant digital design work

  • Understanding of web and mobile design principles

  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team.

As an E-commerce Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be one of the main points of contact between Beatrice & Oliver London and our customers. From helping with sizing questions to resolving delivery issues, your focus will be on making every interaction clear, helpful, and personal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media

  • Assist customers with sizing, products, orders, and returns
